As we continue to evolve our signature Slow Flow sessions, we’re expanding the practice in 2026 with new class formats designed to deepen awareness, strengthen energetic alignment, and honour the four foundational pillars of 7th Breath Yoga: Conscious Breath, Mantra Meditation, Sacred Geometry, and the Power of 7.
Here’s what’s coming in 2026:

A Grounded, Introspective Expansion of Slow Flow
We go even deeper than our signature Slow Flow with this new offering.
We explore this slow, introspective Yin practice that weaves the 7th Breath principles into longer, grounding poses with supportive props such as bolsters, blankets, yoga straps and blocks.
Ideal for taking more time to feel into the "edge", increasing opportunities for a deep release of muscles, ligaments and fascia, offering a nervous system reset, calming the mind with structured mantra meditation and tapping into the intuitive qualities of the number 7.

A Structured Series Anchored in the Power of 7
A structured, 7 Breath-anchored series inspired by the traditional Hot 26 yoga series. This unique 7 breath practice adds energetic depth, increased mental focus, physical challenge and clear consistentcy of pose holding length.

A Functional, Playful Exploration of Alignment
A unique, functional and playful exploration of alignment and Sacred Geometry using supportive props to refine each posture’s energetic expression.
We adapt our signature Slow Flow session with a variety of props that allow for a deeper exploration of the edge, better overall alignment and unique pose variations.

Deepened Awareness Through Vibrational Healing
A fusion of the 7th Breath Yoga pillars and the unmatched transformative vibrations of therapeutic grade crystal alchemized with unique combinations of minerals such as gold and platinum.
Sound frequencies support the meditative counting practice, helping you access deeper states of awareness and subtle body tuning.
Also the bowls' powerful vibration help to further increase and amplify your set intention in addition to the unique and focused power of the number 7.

A Collective Deep Dive into Stillness
Holding a sacred, silent space for focused meditation. Meditating in groups is scientifically proven to increase the power of our shared intention offering collective support of our individual spiritual evolution and our combined effect on the world's collective consciousness.
This 90-minute meditation session is made up of three sets of 30-minutes of silent meditation.
To honour the individual and the collective, we are invited to set a personal intention and the facilitator will note an optional group intention.
You are welcome to stay for one 30-minute session, or an hour or the full 90 minutes.
This is a silent practice with the exception of Om-ing at the beginning and end of each session.

A Seven Layer Journey Through the Energetic Body
Another telling spiritual alignment of sacred geometry and the power of 7, that innately expresses through our human experience, is the primary 7-Chakra system, running from root to crown.
Using the four pillars of our 7th Breath practice, we explore each chakra through targeted yoga poses, colour visualization, Sacred Geometry, vocal toning and the Power of 7.
This is a full-spectrum practice for energetic balance and self-inquiry.
By bringing specific focus to the chakra system we allow for a deeper, profound experience as we align, clear, balance and empower each chakra.
As we step into 2026, 7th Breath Yoga is expanding with a full spectrum of new offerings, including Yin, Hot 26 plus 2, Props, Alchemy Crystal Bowl sessions, Silent Meditation, and Chakra-focused practices.
Each class is rooted in the four pillars of the 7th Breath method and designed to deepen awareness, strengthen energetic alignment, and support personal evolution.
